Have you been poking around the site and/or gone to a few events and feel you would like to post your own event? C2U is not an events calendar, there are plenty of sites we can refer you to for "The Haps" in Rhode Island.   It is a community that has events and meet-ups, organized by members.  What is the difference?  You can go to any C2U event,  alone or with your friends, and be welcomed by the group.  Most members go alone - it is that easy. The focus is on the group, not just the event.

If you are looking to plan event, email support@compatible2u.com and ask to become an event planner!  We ask that you attend at least one event before this request is made. 

Keep in mind the following guidelines when posting a C2U event:

All events must have a host.  As host you should be ready to:

• organize the event (location, reservations, time, etc)
• greet C2U members
• keep an eye out for newbies 
• notify all RSVPed members of changes or cancellations
  

Can not discriminate (we have made the following exceptions):

• girls or guys nights out
• age appropriate (21+)

It must be accordance with state and federal law

If you haven't been to an event - try to make one this week!  Don't worry about coming alone - most people do (even the first time)!
