Anyone know of any good cookery classes in RI?

Here’s some chef’s courses from Johnson & Wales, I’d try a couple. Will be in Napa Valley 30SEP through 15OCT. Other than those dates I’d join you.

I'd be up for those, too! Could do with refreshing my French and would LOVE to learn Italian--great language. If you look into it, let me know!
